Gemma Hutchinson is the operational backbone of Purseglove Property. As our Director and COO, she’s been quietly shaping the way we do things for over 15 years. Not only does she have hands-on experience managing HMOs and overseeing tenancies, but her leadership has also helped to shape our values and commitment to doing the right thing.

Gemma didn’t take a traditional path into business – in fact, running a company wasn’t part of the plan at all! But when she found herself growing a property business with her husband Rich, she realised she had a knack for navigating investor expectations and managing tenant relationships.
Her background may be unconventional, but that’s what makes her approach so effective. She’s spent years handling tenancies, resolving disputes and shaping business operations, and she’s now perfectly positioned to help our clients manage their growing property portfolios and steer Purseglove Property on the path to success.
