UK Association of Letting Agents
We’re proud members of UKALA. This means we’re bound by a comprehensive Code of Practice, have automatic Client Money Protection Cover through a Government-approved scheme, and are members of an Independent Redress Scheme which can provide impartial dispute resolutions when required.
Client Money Protection
Client Money Protection insurance (CMP) is a mandatory insurance for Letting & Property Management agents. It protects tenants and landlords from misappropriation of client monies by the agent. Our CMP is insured by Hiscox, one of the best names in the industry!
Property Redress Scheme
All property agents that carry out estate, lettings, or property management work have a legal responsibility to join a Property Redress Scheme. If at any point, a client feels that the service we provided falls short of what is expected, they can raise a complaint through this scheme.
Unipol Student Homes
Unipol Student Homes is a student housing charity that was established in 1975. They’re passionate about helping students find the best housing available, and offer assistance to those renting in the private sector. They run a number of accreditation schemes and teach agents about best practices for student accommodation. We’re proud to work alongside them!
